Completion Notice: Once your HandPan is ready, we’ll notify you.
First Installment: Pay the first installment of the balance before shipment.
Delivery: We ship your instrument immediately after the first installment clears.
Remaining Balance: Paid in equal monthly installments (3 or 6 months).
This way, you can enjoy your HandPan sooner while keeping payments manageable.

Shipping (R500) is always included in the deposit to ensure your instrument can be delivered safely and on time. Deposits are non-refundable as each HandPan is built to order.

Q: Why is the deposit non-refundable?
A: Each HandPan is custom-built to order. The 30% deposit secures your build and covers materials and labour, so it cannot be refunded if you cancel.
Q: Why is shipping included in the deposit?
A: Shipping (R500 to main South African cities) is added to the deposit to ensure delivery is covered upfront. This way, your HandPan can be shipped immediately once the first installment is paid.
Q: When will I receive my HandPan?
A: Once your HandPan is completed and your first installment is paid, we ship it immediately. Your deposit already covers shipping.
Q: Can I pay off the balance early?
A: Yes, you are welcome to settle your plan early at any time. This ensures faster ownership and may help you save on admin steps.
Q: What if I miss a payment?
A: Please contact us immediately. Missed or late payments may delay future servicing and could result in cancellation of your payment plan.
Q: Do you offer international payment plans?
A: At this stage, our payment plans are available only within South Africa. International buyers can still order instruments with full upfront payment.
